We sell fireplace accessories and related small items, including gloves, matches and maintenance products. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected misuse.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store or have access to your card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods.
6. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with UK consumer law.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We also sell products through third-party platforms including Google Shopping, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and Facebook/Instagram Shop.
Where purchases are made through these platforms, their own terms, policies and payment processes may also apply. These terms apply in addition to, and not in replacement of, any platform-specific policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased from us.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
